Kenmore Stone  Circle
This stone circle is one of the few that has a stone in the centre.
We walked around the outside of the circle and entered from the east.  I sat on one of the outer stones for a while and just felt the energy and the warm of the sun.  I really had to work hard at staying grounded. Cindy says its our physical getting used to the energy vibration.  Arch Angel Michael guided us to form an energy circle around the centre stone.  Then he had us open our crown chakras to receive his healing white light thru the crown past our third eye, throat and out our hearts to the stone.  We took deep breathes together and drew the healing light out of the stone into our hearts.  I felt guided to direct it downwards along my spine into Mother Earth.   It was very powerful.
At that time some laid on the rock to let it fill them, some cried (the healing release) one of us fainted (more due to the high energy vibration). This will for sure be a place I return to in my meditations.
It was at this circle I was overcome with a very strong sense of unconditional acceptance and love.  I am so blessed to share this journey with my Celtic Angel Family
